accomplishments as Visiting Fellow, Department of Organizational Behavior, School of Management, Yale University (2019-2023)

Yale University is a world renowned institution ranked 5th in the U.S. and 10th on the Best Global University scale. Yale has an enrollment of 12,000 undergraduate and graduate students,  1100 full-time faculty, with an annual operating budget of $5.8 billion. The Yale School of Management is ranked 7th among U.S. business schools with 90 full-time faculty. The Department of Organizational Behavior is one of the largest and highly respected departments in the School.

  • Led a research project, which resulted in book chapters and research papers on management and leadership challenges in mission driven cultural institutions such as museums, botanical gardens, zoos, science centers, and aquariums.

  • Served as liaison individual to external organizations in the museum field, consulted and worked with museum CEO's, board members, officers and staff affiliated with the American Alliance of Museums on the development of leadership programs and facilitation of board activities.

  • Collaborated with departmental faculty on research, lectured in MBA classes on labor management relations and human resources.
